Hyundai Canada's mobile experienceProblem - Hyundai Canada as of 2012 still did not have a mobile website to accommodate mobile user (and used a Flash heavy design for their desktop website.) In 2012 (and earlier) this was an unacceptable/non-experience for mobile users.

Design and ProcessHyundai Canada partnered with Endloop Mobile to create a simplified mobile responsive version of HyundaiCanada.ca to accommodate mobile and tablet users. Due to a larger build launching with HyundaiCanada.com on a pre-set schedule, this project had to be completed in 8 weeks.

Rapid design iteration, using common technologies (Wordpress as CMS) and leveraging key functionality from the desktop platform through APIs. Hyundai Canada was able to launch a mobile responsive website, with key functionality for mobile vehicle shoppers in 8 weeks. A few months later “Build/Price” functionality was added, making Hyundai Canada the first Canadian OEM to have this functionality fully functional in a mobile experience.
